I bought from Ilia after seeing all the clean beauty hype and the whole “skin-like finish” thing everywhere. The product was fine, but it wasn’t nearly as easy or natural-looking as it seemed online. It still clung to my dry patches and faded faster than I expected, so I kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving from “effortless everyday makeup” to “well, if your skin is perfectly prepped and the lighting is right.”

I also wish the site showed shades and real wear a little more honestly. The photos looked different from what I actually got, which was frustrating. It’s not a bad product, but the marketing feels way more polished than realistic, and by the time you figure that out, it feels like the expectations have already been quietly adjusted.

My order came fresh, and the expiry date was far enough away, so that was good. The packaging, not the best but the product itself is good and I’m happy with it

I tried to change my subscription and couldn’t figure out who was actually responsible for handling it. The options weren’t clear, and it felt like I was being passed around without anyone really owning the issue. Support took longer than I expected too, so I just ended up cancelling. Frustrating experience overall.

I used a promo code on iliabeauty.com and it did take a little money off, which was nice, but then with shipping I was like, wait, okay, this is still kind of pricey. Checkout was simple though, no issues there. I might order again, but probably only if I find a better discount next time.

I’ve been a fan of Ilia for a while and I still really like the products, but it feels like the availability used to be better. The shades I actually use are out of stock often now, and the restocks seem to take longer than they should. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, I just wish I didn’t have to keep checking back to see if my usual shades are finally available

I felt like the prices were fair for what you get. My order definitely felt worth it, and the products have lasted longer than I expected. They’re not super cheap, but the overall value is good

The packaging looks nice, I’ll give it that, but actually using it is a bit of a joke. The applicator grabs way too much product, so it ends up getting messy around the cap like nobody bothered to test it properly. For the price, I expected something a lot smarter than this. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I originally ordered from Ilia for the makeup, but honestly... the scent ended up being the thing that stood out to me. It’s not heavy or super perfumy, just this soft, clean smell when I’m putting the products on. My nose is sensitive too, so I was kind of surprised it didn’t bother me.

ILIA seems legit to me, and I trust them way more than some random beauty site I’ve never heard of. The website looked normal, the checkout didn’t feel shady, and nothing really screamed scam, so I wasn’t too worried there.

That said, I do blame the prices and all the mixed reviews for making me hesitate a bit. I’d probably buy again, but I’m definitely the annoying person reading everyone else’s feedback first before clicking order.

Had to send back a shade that just didn’t work for me. Customer service got back to me the next day and getting the return label was super easy. The refund took a little longer than I thought it would, but it was fine overall.

I’ve used this a bit i kind of like it, but I’m also not fully convinced. It seems to work fine, and I don’t have any major complaints, but the ingredients still feel a little questionable to me. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’d feel better if things were a bit more transparent.
